Executive Selection

Different from traditional executive search, executive selection is a less common but equally effective service provided to our clients in the European, Latin American, and Asian markets where the practice is widely accepted as a process to manage the advertisement of senior executives.

Selection differs from search only in its method of identifying candidates, using electronic and print media to draw the interest and commitment of potential candidates. In its selection effort, KCI incorporates a process of Candidate Evaluation identical to that of executive search.
