Ipsen SA names Herbe Salez, PhD as the new Head of Site-ISS effective July 1, 2008. Dr. Salez previously was the Production Manager for Produits Chimiques Auxiliaires et de Synthese. Ipsen develops pharmaceutical products that target oncology, endocrinology, and neuromuscular disorders.

The Smile Train names Mr. Dung Tri Nguyen as the new Country Manager-Vietnam effective July 1, 2008. Mr.Nguyen was the National Sales Manager-Healthcare for Diethelm. The Smile Train a children's charity, is focused on solving a single problem: cleft lip and palate. Their mission: To provide free cleft surgery for millions of poor children in developing countries. - To provide free cleft-related training for doctors and medical professionals.

North American Scientific Inc. proclaims Ms. Robin Gibbs as the new Vice President, Marketing effective July 1, 2008. Ms. Gibbs was the Principal for MEDX3. NAMSA has been supporting the medical device and pharmaceutical industries through a wide variety of testing services, all designed to ensure safety, efficacy and regulatory compliance.

EnerSys Inc. declares Mr. Joseph Muscari as a new Corporate Board Member effective July 9, 2008. Mr. Muscari is currently the Executive Vice President for Alcoa. EnerSys makes stationary industrial batteries that provide uninterruptible power and backup power for electronic systems and motive power batteries for big equipment such as forklifts.

OraSure Technologies Inc. names Mr. Troy Quander as the new Regulatory Affairs Director effective July 18, 2008. Mr. Quander previously was the Regulatory Affairs Program Manager for Closure Medical. Oral specimen kits and other diagnostic tests developed by OraSure Technologies are designed to detect HIV and drug use.

Ipsen SA announces Mr. Fabien Jeannerot as the new Head of Device and Engineering Development effective July 28, 2008. Jeannerot previously was the Project Development Manager for BESPAK. Ipsen develops pharmaceutical products that target oncology, endocrinology, and neuromuscular disorders.
