Service Guarantee

Quality and ethics form the foundation of Ken Clark International. Our dedication to these principles is represented in our people, our platform, and in our commitment to our clients.

We believe so strongly in the quality of our work that we provide a Replacement Guarantee for all Search and Selection Projects. Should the chosen candidate not remain employed with our client, we will replace that candidate through a continued search process for a period of up to one (1) year.

In addition, we offer the industry's first Service Guarantee on all our work. In the event that a client’s expectations are not fulfilled by the services provided by KCI, we will either waive or credit back no less than 1/2 of the professional fees owed or paid.
