Victoria Xiang

Regional President

Victoria Xiang is the Regional President of Asia for Ken Clark International. In this role, Victoria spends her time serving the recruitment needs of global multinationals for key management positions in the Asia region.

Prior to joining KCI, Xiang spent six years in the United States working as Marketing Director for a NJ-based Fortune 500 manufacturing company. Before Xiang came to the United States to pursue her MBA program, she spent nearly five years in Singapore working as General Manager (China) for a leading Singapore-based company. Xiang also worked for the largest telecommunication equipment manufacturer in China.

Xiang has established herself as a highly driven individual with a true international sense. She is very multi-cultural and adaptable.

Xiang was born and raised in Shanghai, China. She earned her bachelor degree of Engineering at Shanghai Engineering & Science University, and her Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University in the U.S.
