
Neal Taylor serves as managing director of Japan for Ken Clark International from the firm’s Tokyo office. He joined KCI in 2010.
Previous Experience. Prior to joining KCI, Mr. Taylor spent five years expanding his executive search resume in Tokyo, marked notably by his success at Heidrick & Struggles as a core member of the global life sciences practice. In this position, he completed country, regional and global assignments for major multinational and Japanese clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and consumer health industries. He also executed searches in specialized functions, including medical, regulatory affairs and quality.
Before entering executive search, Mr. Taylor was a banker in commercial real estate with Norwest Bank, currently Wells Fargo & Co., in Arizona. He came to Japan in 1998 and lived in Iwate, where he organized study abroad programs and learned Japanese.
Education. Mr. Taylor has a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian studies from the University of Arizona.
