Mayumi Yamamoto-Kilbourne serves as a recruiting director for Ken Clark International’s Japan practice. She joined KCI in 2003.
Previous Experience. Ms. Yamamoto-Kilbourne was born and raised in Japan. She started her business career in a sales related role in the consumer products industry where she worked for 9 years. She then moved to the United States in 2000. Prior to joining KCI, she was a Consultant at Pasona North America, one of the largest Japanese recruiting companies in California.
Education. Ms.Yamamoto-Kilbourne has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from National Yamaguchi University.
