Melissa joined KCI after spending 14 years in Human Resources leadership roles at start-up, mid-size and Fortune 100 companies. She has been recognized for her exceptional “eye for talent”. She brings expertise through years of success aligning talent management strategy of the businesses she supports, with a critical eye for talent assessment, selection and leadership development. Her accomplishments span industries including biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, professional services, high tech and aerospace. She has successfully sourced, selected, and coached new leaders in high impact executive roles cross-functionally. Prior to her career in Executive Search, Melissa held senior HR leadership roles at Invitrogen in Southern California — a market leader in the Life Sciences industry. Melissa also spent 8 years with Honeywell International (formerly AlliedSignal Inc.) in New Jersey, Arizona and California. Melissa earned an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Centenary College.
