Kenneth Clark

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Kenneth (Ken) Michael Clark is the Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Ken Clark International (KCI).

In his role, Clark spends 80% of his time serving clients in the recruiting of Board of Directors, Chairman, Chief Executive Officers, and Group, Division and Subsidiary Presidents and Vice Presidents. He also runs KCI’s Global Human Resources Practice. He is the architect of many KCI Key Account Programs with leading multi-national corporations headquartered in North America or Europe.

Clark lives permanently in the Princeton, NJ area. Since 2002, he has also maintained a residence in Europe – first in London, England and now in Geneva, Switzerland. He normally spends one-half of his time working with clients and candidates in North America and the other one-half in Europe. His executive contacts are as extensive on one continent as they are on the other.

Clark also spends 20% of his time leading and managing the firm which he founded in such activities as recruiting and developing new Consultants; developing corporate marketing programs; developing state-of-the-art search process techniques; and developing added-value services.

Clark is a graduate of General Electric's Human Resources Management Program (1967 -1973) having had assignments at GE Aerospace and Defense, GE Power Generation and GE Medical. Clark then became the first Human Resources Executive at Cordis Corporation from 1973-1983. He led the company's human resources growth and development during a period when revenues soared from $20M to $500M.

Clark entered the Executive Search Industry in 1983. During the period between 1983-1996 he led Paul Ray, Carré/Orban and Korn/Ferry's Global Life Science Practices as well as ran the Princeton and Philadelphia offices for Korn/Ferry. Clark was a member of the Board of Directors of Paul Ray/Caree Orban — Europe's second largest executive search firm at the time.

Clark has a Bachelor’s in Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
