Kenneth (Ken) Michael Clark is the Acting President - Europe of
Ken Clark International (KCI).
In his role, Clark spends 80% of his time serving clients in the
recruiting of Board of Directors, Chairman, Chief Executive Officers,
and Group, Division and Subsidiary Presidents and Vice Presidents.
He also runs KCI’s Global Human Resources Practice. He is
the architect of many KCI Key Account Programs with leading multi-national
corporations headquartered in North America or Europe.
Clark lives temporarily in the Geneva, Switzerland area. He normally
spends one-half of his time working with clients and candidates
in North America and the other one-half in Europe. His executive
contacts are as extensive on one continent as they are on the other.
Clark also spends 20% of his time leading and managing the firm
which he founded in such activities as recruiting and developing
new Consultants; developing corporate marketing programs; developing
state-of-the-art search process techniques; and developing added-value
services.
Clark is a graduate of General Electric's Human Resources Management
Program (1967 -1973) having had assignments at GE Aerospace and
Defense, GE Power Generation and GE Medical. Clark then became
the first Human Resources Executive at Cordis Corporation from
1973-1983. He led the company's human resources growth and development
during a period when revenues soared from $20M to $500M.
Clark entered the Executive Search Industry in 1983. During the
period between 1983-1996 he led Paul Ray, Carré/Orban and
Korn/Ferry's Global Life Science Practices as well as ran the Princeton
and Philadelphia offices for Korn/Ferry. Clark was a member of
the Board of Directors of Paul Ray/Caree Orban — Europe's
second largest executive search firm at the time.
Clark has a Bachelor’s in Arts in Political Science from
Rutgers University and a Masters in Business Administration from
the University of Miami.
