Jason Hanford

Regional President

Jason Hanford is the Regional President-Middle East & Africa for Ken Clark International (KCI).

Jason joined Ken Clark International in 2003, initially as the European Operations Director. Later he was promoted to Vice President of the Middle East & Africa and has been helping the company develop a platform for attracting top talent to North American & European Multinational Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies based within that Region. Since then, Jason has begun developing the Company’s Industrial & Chemical sector in the UK.

Prior to joining KCI, Jason spent three years as a Search Consultant for UK based Life Science Executive Search Firm – Andersen Piquet. Jason worked with a number of Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotechnology companies.

Before moving into a career of Executive Search, Jason spent 5 years recruiting Medical & Scientific Experts in Product Liability Litigation for the International Law Firm – Shook Hardy & Bacon. Clients included many companies from the Tobacco, Pharmaceutical and Agrochemical Industries.

Jason graduated in 1990, from De Montfort University and began working in pathology for a national hospital.
