Ingrid Kraaijbeek

Vice President-Belgium

Ingrid Kraaijbeek is Vice President-Belgium & Search Director-Europe. In this role she is responsible for Belgian based clients and is executing European search projects. Ingrid joined KCI in 2001 starting in our UK office and in 2002 she moved to Belgium. During her career at KCI she has been executing senior projects in Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing and General Management, for clients in medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and chemical & materials industries.

Prior to joining KCI, Ingrid worked for a leading Dutch, high street contingency firm as Senior Recruiting Consultant for over four years; she served a broad variety of clients and recruited for functions in manufacturing, logistics, administration and commercial. In the last year and a half she also served as Deputy Branch Manager.

She has a background in Marketing and Business Management from two private Dutch schools and has several Marketing and Public Relations diplomas from leading Dutch institutions.
