Marie-Garance Leroy serves as recruiting director for Ken Clark International from the firm’s Basel office in Switzerland. With a well-rounded business background and a keen legal mind, Marie-Garance is quick to grasp client needs and recognize fitting candidate profiles. She joined KCI in 2007.
Previous Experience. Prior to joining KCI, Marie-Garance worked at an organizational consulting company, Metaplan GmbH, where she facilitated pivotal discussions in a range of industries, expanding her understanding of corporate dynamics and change management while developing complementary expertise in management training. In her assignments with Ken Clark International, Marie-Garance has been active in the agribusiness, medical device and chemical industries in roles including head of business development, technical service manager, export compliance director and regional general counsel.
Education. Marie-Garance has a Master of Law from the College of Europe in Belgium. She also earned a master’s degree in international commercial law and a translator diploma.
