Regional President Francis Yong is the Regional President-Southest Asia of Ken Clark International in Singapore. He is part of the Asia Pacific team that manages all executive search projects for Ken Clark International’s corporate clients in this fast growing region. Francis comes with more than 30 years of corporate Human Resources experience at senior management levels. He has worked with major local and multi-national companies in the Life Sciences, Chemicals, FMCG and Retail industries. Some of them include DuPont, Rhodia, BASF, GlaxoWellcome, Asia Pacific Breweries and Inchcape Berhad. In addition, all his roles cover responsibilities for the Asia Pacific region, stretching from Greater China, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, South Asia and Australia/New Zealand. Francis brings with him an in-depth knowledge of Human Resources “Best Practices” and a strong multi-cultural understanding of the diverse Asia Pacific region. Francis is Singaporean and possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Singapore. He also has postgraduate Diplomas in Personnel Management and in Business Administration.
